As each piece is individually designed and made, our exchange and return policy reflects the personalized nature of our products.

Please review the following terms carefully:

Customized/Made-to-Measure Items

Due to the bespoke nature of our made-to-measure dresses, we cannot offer returns or refunds once an order has been processed and production has begun. We strive to ensure that every dress is made to the exact measurements and specifications provided. If there is an issue with your order, we are committed to working with you to resolve it.

Exchanges:

  1. Eligibility: Exchanges are only available if the product has a manufacturing defect or does not match the original order specifications (e.g., color, fabric, or style).
  2. Timeframe: You must notify us of any issues within 3 days of receiving your order. Please contact our customer service team at support@agnesavuthaj.com  to initiate an exchange.
  3. Process: Once your claim is reviewed and accepted, we will arrange for the necessary adjustments or a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Garments with incorrect measurements due to customer error in providing sizing details.
  • Any dress that shows signs of wear, damage, or alterations made by the customer.
  • Custom dresses that meet the specifications provided by the customer.

Complimentary Alterations

If your custom-made dress/order from our website requires minor adjustments, we offer one free alteration service within delivery. Simply contact us at support@agnesavuthaj.com to discuss your alteration needs, and we will assist you in ensuring a perfect fit based on your measurements.

Non-Customized Items

For non-customized or ready-to-wear items, we offer a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to initiate a return or exchange.

Process for Returns:

  1. Return Request: Contact our customer service team at support@agnesavuthaj.com with your order number and details about the product you want to return or exchange.
  2. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  3. Reshipping: The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement item. Free shipping applies only to the initial order.
  4. Refunds: Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-14 business days. Please note shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customs Fees

When your order arrives in your destination country or region, it may be subject to customs fees (such as taxes, duties, and processing fees). These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

We are not responsible for any customs fees added to your order.
